The Stooge

The Stooge

Zelensky said it carefully. Moscow said it proudly. We can say it plainly.

Volodymyr Zelensky sat across from Piers Morgan on Wednesday and said the quiet part in a voice that carried. "It's painful when President Trump chooses one side, not our side." Then, in case anyone missed it: "This is not the right side of history." Asked whether he felt betrayed, he answered, "Really, yes."

Read that again. The president of a country under invasion, a man who needs United States weapons, United States intelligence, and United States satellites to keep his soldiers alive, went on television and said the president of the United States had picked the other team. He did not say it to score points. He has nothing to gain by it. He said it because he has run out of polite ways to describe what he sees.

What he sees is a stooge.
